City Administrator
The City Administrator performs the statutory responsibilities of municipal clerk as prescribed by state law, city charter or city ordinance.
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Administers City elections
- Issues municipal licenses
- Maintains official city records, finances, and public documents
- Assists in the administration of the utility systems, economic development initiatives, and other core functions of City government.
The City Administrator position was created in May of 2005. This position merges the previous City-Clerk and City Treasurer position into one.
An ordinance finalizing this combination was approved on March 6, 2006.
